If material is deposited in the lake for any reason, this permit will be suspended immediately and will not be reinstated until such material is removed in its entirety from the lake. A refundable cash deposit of $100.00 is required for all seawall repair permits (tuck pointing and/or minor repairs to structural components of seawall). A refundable cash deposit of $500.00 will be required for all new or replacement construction of over 20% of the mass of the existing wall. This permit does not cover any plumbing or electrical work that may be associated with a seawall improvement, nor does it cover Erosion Control.
